Orders are usually dispatched next day delivery by Royal Mail or UPS; we cannot take responsibility if our postage/currier providers do not deliver on time, any issues must be taken up with the delivery companies, reguarding refunds.

All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same working day; however orders after 2pm will be processed the following working day. We do urge on the side of caution and make all technicians aware we do aim for a next day service however this is not always possible due to stock levels,staffing and public holidays.
