Training Course T&C's
Please Note: Upon receipt of payment you are bound by the Terms and Conditions of LoveLite Limited set out in this document.
Terms: For the remainder of this document the trainee / student will be shown as ‘The Client’, ‘Client’s’ or Client.
Our agreement with you:
These stipulations cover all of our training courses including (but not limited to) Teeth Whitening & Lipoglaze Training and ‘Refresher Training Class’ provided by LoveLite Limited (LoveLite Ltd).
The educational programmes you will attend are as described in our most recent promotional literature and on our website however, we reserve the right to increase training costs, amend the training venue or trainers, and modify the programme’s content to reflect the advice of our Quality Review procedures, and our Code of Ethics.
Payment terms:
For Educational Programmes: A non-transferable, non-refundable deposit of 50% (of the full cost of your course), is payable at the time of you registering for and booking the course.
Any deposits taken (either by telephone, post or email) including by credit/debit card, cheque, bank transfer (CHAPS or BACS) or cash is non refundable, with no exceptions.
The outstanding balance is payable 7 days prior to the confirmed start date of the course.
If the period between booking and commencing your training course is less than 14 days; the full cost of the course is payable upon booking.
If the trainee fails to arrange to pay the remaining balances owing 7 days prior to the start of the course. This deposit as stated above, is non-refundable, and the course may be cancelled at the discretion of LoveLite Limited.
We accept all major credit /debit cards (we do not accept AMEX). Cheques should be made payable to LoveLite Limited. Please note that all cheques and bank transfers for the balance must clear funds in our bank 14 days prior to the start of the training you have booked.
Late arrivals/ Absence
All Clients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of their training course. If you arrive late for a course or are absent for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the training or start the training without you. In all such cases, the company has a strict no refund policy.
Our Materials
All training manuals, brochures, or any printed literature provided remain the property and is the copyright of LoveLite Ltd. You are not permitted to use our logo or trademarks without our written permission.
Audio and video recording of any part of the Educational Programmes are not permitted without prior written authorisation from a company director.
LoveLite Limited staff or associates are permitted to Audio record and/or video record of any part of the Educational Programmes, which maybe reproduced for commercial purposes.
Rescheduling your training course
Due to the nature of our business LoveLite Limited are unable to reschedule any confirmed training dates. However it is at the discretion of LoveLite Limited that if reasonably possible and subject to availability, we will endeavour to reschedule confirmed training date(s) within a 12 month period, subject to a minimum of 14 days written notice, however charges up to 100% of the training costs may apply.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made, in writing however, due to the nature of our business cancellations effect us significantly. LoveLite Limited has adopted a strict ‘No Refunds’ Policy in relation to the cancellation of any service provided by LoveLite Ltd. No refunds or credits will be paid irrespective of circumstances. Should you cancel with less than 14 days written notice a supplementary cancellation fee of 10% of the total training cost will be billed for payment within 14 days. These services include (but not limited to) Teeth Whitening Training and Refresher Training.

Your Models
In the event that a model is required, It will be the responsibility of The Client to provide suitable models for their practical tuition and assessment unless agreed prior with a Director of LoveLite Limited.
If the models provided by The Client are deemed to be unsuitable for any reason by LoveLite Ltd, the practical assessment can not be completed. LoveLite Limited will not provide any additional practical assessments during and/or after the course has finished.
LoveLite Ltd accept no liability for models cancelling, should this occur the client must find suitable replacements.
Once the client’s training course(s) have been completed, further case studies may be recommended by the
LoveLite Limited trainer. Case studies may be completed with or without the supervision of the LoveLite Limited trainer.
Assessments are made on theory, hygiene and practical ability. The Client will not be passed if they do not
meet the standards as set by the LoveLite Limited trainer.
All models should be coordinated with LoveLite Ltd.

We are confident that we will exceed your expectations, however:
If you are not content with any feature of the treatment please write to LoveLite Ltd ,Mill Studios, LoveLite 401, Crane Mead, Ware, Please post by recorded delivery within 14 days of the treatment. We do not provide any compensation but greatly appreciate your feedback.
